• incorporates a pre-drilled fixing point allowing it to be fixed directly to any surface – without the need for the baseplate
• ‘quick release’ mechanism ensures secure fixing as well as speedy access should any remedial work be required. 
• When fixed directly the clip’s elongated 20mm stem creates enough surface clearance to easily accommodate industry standard 19mm insulation
