The NIBE part 518220 is a universal high-pressure switch used across a broad range of NIBE heat pumps. This pressure switch is designed to protect the refrigeration circuit by shutting down the compressor if refrigerant pressure exceeds safe levels — usually caused by issues like poor heat exchange, blocked filters, or overcharging.
